新春祈愿文 A Prayer for the New Year

祈求在新的一年里，
所说的言语，都是慈悲善良、鼓励向上的好话；
所做的事情，都是令人欢喜、利益大众的好事；
所存的心意，都是祝福他人、回向他人的好心；
所有的行止，都是帮助国家、协助世界的美好。
慈悲伟大的佛陀，请您接受我诚挚的祈愿。

In the new year please grant:
That every word I say may be compassionate, kind, and encouraging;
That everything I do may be acceptable to most people and beneficial to the masses;
That every intention I have may be a blessing to others and a transfer of merits to them;
That every action I take may be beneficial to the nation and of assistance to the world;
Oh great, compassionate Buddha, Please accept my sincerest prayer!
