Little words from Kikey...

That's a shame that I had been abandon this blog for a year!

I was so busy with work for 1.5 yrs (since July 2010).
Since, I am now on maternity leave expecting my first baby on March 2012.
I am deciding to recall all my memory to complete this blog about my travel.

Love,
Kikey

What am I up to...

As you know, I had a weekend road trip to New Hampshire last two days. That road trip on purpose to see the beautiful view of fall foliage.

I was a driver on that two days, I drove around 375 miles (600 km). I am so tired but I am very happy because I had the trip with my friends. We took a lot of nice pictures, I will share with you later.

*****

Yesterday I had my first Seafood Laksa (at Penang we call it Curry Mee, so I guess the boss of that restaurant is from middle part of Malaysia).

That was my first time to that restaurant, even though it every near to my house, when I saw the menu have "Seafood Laksa (coconut milk & curry noodle soup)" I was so happy, because I have been almost 2 years didn't eat curry mee already.

Seafood curry mee, the noodle was yummy, i love it so much, even though can't beat with Penang local curry mee, but at least this is what I can get in US. I will go more often to that restaurant from now on...

By the way, besides Seafood Laksa, they also have Shrimp Laksa, Fish Laksa, Chicken Laksa, Beef Laksa, Roast Duck Laksa, BBQ Pork Laksa. I wonder how they all taste like, because we don't have beef, roast duck, port laksa at Malaysia.

My friend ordered this Thai Green Curry Chicken with Rice.

When I was in California, I searched through yellow pages and found one Malaysian restaurant. But when I went there, I found that it was already closed :-(
