Little words from Kikey...

That's a shame that I had been abandon this blog for a year!

I was so busy with work for 1.5 yrs (since July 2010).
Since, I am now on maternity leave expecting my first baby on March 2012.
I am deciding to recall all my memory to complete this blog about my travel.

Love,
Kikey

Andong, Korea (韩国安东市)

Our honeymoon destination is Korea.
14/11/10 - 17/11/10: First stop we arrived at Andong City.
The main reason to Andong city is we would like to visit
Hahoe Folk Village 安东河回村
It is a traditional village that preserves Joseon period-style architecture, folk traditions, valuable books, and old tradition of clan-based villages.

The village is listed by the South Korean government with UNESCO as a World Heritage site

You will find these KimChi pots everywhere

Jang-seung wood carvings are small versions of the good luck totems that were used throughout Korea to ward off evil. They were generally placed at the entrance to villages to keep spirits out.

Stay with local, the door is so small, and is floor heating, you never find a chair in the house, cause they sit on the floor
